Panama has thousands of painted buses with lots of personality. They are run by individual owners and have specific routes, mostly commuting in and out of the larger cities. Each bus tries to out do the next with vibrant colors, lights, and horns. The buses are mostly old school buses that have been taken out of service by U.S. school systems and sold for transport to Panama.
